SNEAK PEAK: We’ve been having a hard time getting pictures of our cream based Mintabie opal necklace - mainly because when we try and edit the background for lightness the opals completely distort and don’t provide a true reflection of what they look like. Also, the necklace itself is tricky to photograph as the opals are fairly cream based when looked at face on - the colour play is evident when the opals are turned but really only provide camera impact when we have the macro lens and/or flash on - however, we’re doing our best and hope that this picture tantalises all you opal lovers out there.
The opals are all spaced with the Victorian’s darling - white seed pearls - and the necklace is finished with solid 14k gold beads and a solid 14k gold oval toggle clasp. The piece is fully hallmarked by the London Assay Office and stamped with Sugarpuss London’s unique maker’s mark, ‘SL’.
STASH SNEAK: This is just a small sample of some of the stones we currently have in stock for future rings (about a quarter of what we have, in fact). Pictured here are Ethiopian Welo opals, an Honduran Andesite opal, a sparkling white based Coober Pedy opal, an immensely rare Owyhee opal with precious colour play (not for sale), blue sapphires, rainbow moonstone,a Koirot boulder opal, a Juniper Ridge fire opal and a large pear shaped Oregon sunstone.
Watch out for unique handmade rings with these stones soon - all with custom made settings.
SNEAK PEAK: This is just one of many new handmade rings coming to Sugarpuss London soon. Expect more beaded/cluster rings, chunky silver rings & gem set rings. Some will be available ready to wear and some will be handmade to order. The piece featured is a silver starfish ring that uses an ethically sourced Karen hill tribe starfish set onto a handmade sterling silver band.

The pink sapphires are completely natural & untreated (yes, that hot pink is pure Mother Nature). Sapphires are spaced with natural white seed pearls and surrounded with AAA white couture 4.5mm pearls.
